| Bob Paisley was the most successful English club manager of all time, winning the European Cup three times, Six League Championships, Three League Cups and the UEFA Cup in his spell as manager.
As a Liverpool player he won the League in 1947, retiring in 1954 to join the Anfield coaching staff. He became assistant manager to Bill Shankly in 1959 and succeeded him in 1974 to become the manager. |
